Shipping
Orders generally take 4-9 days to complete prior to shipment. If you select USPS Priority Mail, transit time is about 3-4 business days added to that. UPS/Fed Ex adds 3-7 business days to your turnaround depending upon your location. These times may be longer during holidays and summer.
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update.
International Shipping

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to currency conversion by our payment processor. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges on our behalf.
Order Change/Cancellation Requests
Please Note!
If you request to change or cancel your order after it has already been cut, and or sewn, there will be a 15% cutting and handling fee to process the change/cancellation to your order.
Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund your money, minus all shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee, provided the items are in original, unwashed, unused condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to making a return. Due the fact that Piggy Products are made for direct contact with pet urine and feces, we are unable to give refunds on any item that has been used by your pet.
We do NOT accept returns on custom orders.
All refunds will be made using the same form of payment as the original payment. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will go back onto the card you used to make payment. No exceptions.
Safety
Fabulous Ferret uses the highest quality materials and techniques for making safe and healthy bedding and accessories for your pets however, we cannot be responsible for the safety of your pets. Please examine your items after every wash and dry cycle to check the integrity of the seams. If your item is damaged by your pet or by normal wear and tear, please remove it from your pet’s habitat and consider purchasing a fresh, new item.
